The pages on successpad.us are public. You do not need an account to read them. We do not run advertising or analytics scripts on this site, and we do not set advertising cookies.

The contact form does not submit your message to a server we operate. It opens an email in your own email application, addressed to info@successpad.us. If you prefer, you can email that address directly.

When you email us or place an order, we receive what you send, which may include:

• your name and email address
• an organization name, if you include one
• the product you ask about and the contents of your message
• order details we need to reply: which product or project, and where to send a scheduling email

Please do not send us payment card numbers by email. Card payments, if you use them, are handled by a payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Those products run on their own websites, winelist.menu and VerseWispr. Menus, passages, and account details you enter there are handled by that product. If you email Success Pad about a plan, a cancellation, or a refund, we keep that correspondence and any order record we need to answer you. We do not sell that information.

We use personal information to:

• reply to you
• confirm an order, take payment, and deliver what you bought
• cancel a subscription when you ask us to
• keep records we need for accounting and taxes
• look into abuse of an account you ask us about

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers only as needed to run the business, such as an email provider and a payment processor when a paid plan or an agency invoice needs one. Those providers may use the information only to perform that work.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or someone else’s safety.

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them for delivery, refunds, accounting, and tax. We keep support emails for as long as the conversation is useful to the account, and then delete or de-identify them when we no longer need them. You can ask us to delete a message that we are not required to keep.

Email info@successpad.us to ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some records where the law requires that, or where we need them to complete an order you already paid for.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email info@successpad.us and we will delete it.

We are in the United States. If you email us or buy from us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
