Terms of Service

By using winelist.menu or VerseWispr through us, or by commissioning an agency project from Success Pad, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, do not order and do not create an account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a paid plan or commission an agency project. VerseWispr is a reading app. It is not counseling.

We sell:

• winelist.menu, a web app for a guest drinks menu. The public plans are Free (Free, One venue and one menu. No card until you upgrade.) and Pro ($49/month).
• VerseWispr, a web app for one short Scripture passage, with its citation. It is Free. The public site shows no paid plan.
• Agency projects: AI product strategy, custom AI apps and agents, and automation builds. Scope, fee, and payment terms are in a written proposal you agree to before any charge. This site does not publish a dollar amount for agency work.

The pricing page is the catalog. No card numbers on this site. Agency work is invoiced from a written proposal you agree to before any charge.

winelist.menu is used in a browser at https://winelist.menu. The free plan is one venue and one menu. The site says there is no card until you upgrade, and sign-up says there is no checkout.

Pro is $49 per month, billed monthly in US dollars, as published on winelist.menu. The public page also says there is no POS fee and no per-cover fee. Pro renews each month until you cancel. To cancel, email info@successpad.us with the subject “Cancel winelist.menu Pro”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. You keep access until that date. We do not prorate the unused part of a month, except as the refund policy describes or where the law requires it.

VerseWispr is used in a browser at https://versewispr.com. It is free. The public site does not show a subscription, a paid plan, or a price. Sign-in, if you use it, is an email link and does not use a password. There is no fee to cancel because there is no charge.

A paid winelist.menu plan follows the price on that product’s public page, which this site repeats. For an agency project, the price you pay is the fee in the written proposal, which we send before any charge. A proposal may require a deposit and later milestone payments. We do not charge before you agree to it.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes we are required to collect. If a tax applies, we state it before you pay. We do not store full card numbers on this website. If a card is used, a payment processor handles it.

AI product strategy, custom AI apps and agents, and automation builds are project work. Scope, schedule, fee, deposit, milestones, and any support after delivery are in the written proposal. We do not start paid work until you have accepted that proposal. If the proposal includes support after delivery, the term and the fee for that support are in the proposal, not on this website.

You may cancel an agency project in writing by emailing info@successpad.us. What is refunded is set by the signed proposal, and by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery is described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. The web apps are used in a browser. We do not ship physical goods. Refunds and cancellation are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You will not:

• use the products to break the law or to harm someone
• try to break into an account that is not yours
• resell access to a paid plan
• overload or disrupt the service

We may suspend access if you do that, or if a payment fails. If we suspend a paid subscription without a reason allowed by these terms, we will refund the unused portion of the current period.

winelist.menu publishes the menu you review. VerseWispr shows a Scripture passage and, where the product says so, a note that is not itself the verse. Agency recommendations can be wrong or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on it. Agency work is not legal, medical, or financial advice unless a proposal says, in writing, that the engagement includes that advice. VerseWispr is not counseling.

We and the products keep ownership of the software, site content, and the materials we create, except for the access these terms give you and except for rights a written proposal assigns to you. You keep ownership of menus, notes, and other material you submit. You give the product permission to use that material to provide the service you are using.

The products are provided as described on this site and on the product websites and, for project work, in the written proposal. Except where the law does not allow a disclaimer, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the total liability of Success Pad arising out of a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product during the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero except where the law does not allow a zero limit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Some states do not allow these limits. In those cases, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, are the venue for disputes arising out of these terms, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. For a subscription, the version in effect when a renewal is charged applies to that renewal. If you do not agree to an updated version, cancel before the renewal.
