Refund & Cancellation Policy

Email info@successpad.us from the address on the account or the order. Include the product name, the date, and whether you want a refund, a cancellation, or both. We reply by email.

The Free plan on winelist.menu is Free: one venue and one menu, with no card until you upgrade. There is no fee to refund. You can stop using the account on the product site. Email us if you want the venue removed and cannot do that yourself.

Pro is $49/month, the price published on winelist.menu. It renews monthly until you cancel. The product’s public pages do not state a separate refund window. This section is the cancellation and refund rule for that subscription when you buy it from Success Pad.

You may cancel at any time. Email info@successpad.us with the subject “Cancel winelist.menu Pro”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. You keep access until that date. We do not refund the unused part of a month, except in the two cases below or where the law requires it.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the first Pro charge, and the venue has not substantially used Pro, we will refund that first charge.
• If we end your access without a reason allowed by the Terms of Service before the month ends, we will refund the unused portion of that month.

VerseWispr is Free. The public site shows no paid plan and no price. There is no subscription to cancel and no charge to refund. You can stop using the site, or sign out, at any time.

AI product strategy, custom AI apps and agents, and automation builds are custom-quoted. The signed proposal states any deposit, milestone payments, and what is refundable if you cancel. Cancel in writing by emailing info@successpad.us.

If the proposal is silent on a point: amounts for work that has not started are refunded when you cancel in writing. Amounts for work already performed, or for a milestone already delivered, are not refunded. If we cannot complete the agreed scope, we refund the portion tied to work we did not do.

If a proposal includes support after delivery, cancellation of that support follows the proposal. This website does not sell a separate support subscription.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method when that method can receive them. If it cannot, we will agree on another method by email. How you receive the product is described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
