We do not mail boxes, printed books, or devices. The business address on this site — 2000 Towerside, Miami, FL 33138, United States — is where we can receive business mail. It is not a store, and it is not a pickup location.

winelist.menu is a web app at https://winelist.menu. Staff create a venue on that site. Guests open the menu link in a browser. The free plan is one venue and one menu. Pro is monthly access to the paid plan at the price on the pricing page. There is nothing to ship.

VerseWispr is a web app at https://versewispr.com. You read it in a browser. If you want an account, the site emails a sign-in link. There is no charge and nothing to ship.

AI product strategy, custom AI apps and agents, and automation builds are remote. Dates are the ones in the written proposal. We email files, access, and notes, or we share them to an account you control. Kickoff, review, and handoff calls are scheduled by email. If a proposal includes support after delivery, that support is by email. None of this is shipped to a street address.

If you cannot open the web app, or a scheduled handoff does not arrive as the proposal describes, write to info@successpad.us. If we cannot deliver what the product page describes, the Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the refund. A free plan has no charge to return.
